My mother was seen at Versal Sleep Medicine in Cool Springs, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing—kind, patient, and very attentive to my mother’s needs. The facility was extremely clean, well organized, and welcoming, which made the visit much more comfortable. It was also the holiday season, and the Christmas tree was beautifully decorated, adding a warm and cheerful touch to the office. Little details like that really make a difference, especially for elderly patients. We truly appreciate the professionalism, compassion, and care shown to my mother. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality sleep medicine care.
Dr. Salhan is amazing and has built an equally incredible team. Catherine is so kind and quick to respond to scheduling needs and questions. Renee is always so welcoming as soon as you enter the clinic. Lacey is such a patient sleep technician and does an incredible job of making you comfortable and answering questions for the sleep study. I am very glad I found Versal sleep medicine and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.
Great staff and amazing doctors. The night of my daughter’s sleep study , her staff was very welcoming and willing to answer any and all questions regarding the set up and procedure. They were very delicate with their approach and made my daughter laugh , feel comfortable and eased her nerves. Rooms are amazing and comfy. They don’t disturb you unless they absolutely have to and accommodate things such as snacks, water and blankets if needed. Thank you Versal Sleep Medicine for making our experience great! 5 out of 5 and totally recommend !!
I had a great experience—from the consultation to the sleep study and appointment setup. Dr. Salhan was very accommodating and clearly explained the plan. Renee and Catherine were very helpful in scheduling my appointments, and Lacey thoroughly explained the details of the in-lab sleep study. I highly recommend this place—it’s nice and comfortable, but above all, the team truly takes good care of you.
Nice experience with deep discussion on all the health scenarios and preventive measures. The Doctor and staff are really understanding and friendly!
