Terrible communication from this team. For 3 weeks I have tried to get a phone call back to fill a prescription for an emergency inhaler for my Asthma and COPD. No one would ever call me back. So I called Humana Tele doc and got it handled. This place sucks. Don’t ever go there. Rose is the guilty party. Assistant to Dr Patel. She’s worthless. Dr Diaz was my Dr but then I was turned over to Dr Patel. Had a scheduled appt with her. They text later that she tested positive for Covid and then was going on maternity leave. I’ve been trying since Nov 13 to schedule another appt. I leave messages but can’t get anyone to return my call. I have been a patient at this clinic for several yrs. I have a chronic lung condition that needs to be monitored but can’t get appt
I deal with a lot of doctors/specialist and some offices aren't always that great. But this place takes the cake. I spent a week trying to schedule an appointment for myself, and they were by far the most incompetent and rude staff I've dealt with in the last decade. They would do well to fire the entire office staff and take the time necessary to get quality employees.
Just recently have been going to the Pensacola Lung Group and it has been a really great experience! Dr Reis and PA Brandy Miles, thank you for your outstanding care and making me feel important. They listen to my concerns, get me scheduled quickly. The office staff has been in great communication with me. I've been to a lot of doctors this year trying to figure out what's going on and this office has been one of the best in my care!
This is my 1st appointment with the sleep center so I was clueless as to what I’m doing. Brandy was absolutely amazing and helped me understand everything that we need to do together. Everyone from front desk to Brandy in the back was very friendly and helpful. They greeted me with a good morning and smile to saying have a great day when leaving. I had read previous reviews before my appointment so I was a little weary but I left there very pleased with my visit.
