I have been trying to call since 2:30 pm, and when I pick option 3, it tells me that my phone is not configured and then tells me I have to enter a PIN. I am trying to schedule an appointment. The last sleep study I had with you all was great.
If only I could give negative stars. My boyfriend Jacob Lanter has been trying to get in contact with them FOR MONTHS and nobody ever answers the phone or even calls him back. He got a sleep study done in June and when he called about it they said he has to do another one and they’d call to schedule. It is October 9th and he has still yet to have anyone go over his results or even explain why he has to do it again when he already completed one the beginning of June. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
I have horrible anxiety and normally only sleep well at home. They allowed for my husband to stay and sleep in the chair but that made me comfortable enough to sleep well and get the sleep study over with. I am not excited to return in a little over a month but I needed further testing to get the treatment right. So even though I really wanted to never return there I'm less anxious about it this time because they did a good job.
These tests are not fun, but the tech I had couldn't have been any better. Had hotel feel except for a single bathroom for all to use, with no place to set personal items. No shower; just sink and toilet. Loud door click echos down the hall. The room came with a flat screen tv, noise maker, recliner, sofa side table and full size bed.
My daughter had a sleep study ordered, and I called to see when I could schedule it. My five stars go to Jennifer M. She was AMAZING. She called the insurance company, then contacted me right after. She then sent me an email with my daughter’s schedule dates (2 part study), & times. SHE WAS IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH ME ALL AFTERNOON. And, I know it gets so busy at the end of the year, meaning she took time to still care for us. Which, nowadays, is unheard of. I’m a nurse, & can tell when staff anywhere truly cares about their patients’ health. She’s wonderful at her job, friendly, professionally jovial, just a great human being all around. I can’t wait to meet her in person!
