I pre-registered which made check in quick and easy. Although my Scheduled procedure time was delayed by almost 2 hours, I was kept informed as to the reason and the expected start time. The nurses did an excellent job in attending to me. The anesthesiologist and doctor were friendly and cordial. Overall a good experience.
Liked the two calls by nursing staff and printed directions to make sure I knew how to prep for the procedure. The texted pre-admission process made Check in a breeze. The wait time was less than an hour; very reasonable considering the circumstances. Dr. Allen and his staff were super friendly, thoughtful and kind and very professional. He followed up with an immediate discussion of my results, backed up by his photos of my colon. This is how medical care should be given, folks! A+ for all of it.
This colonoscopy has been canceled several times in the past due to my own fears! And the staff at Sevier Valley Hospital made it so easy! My fears were calmed immediately. The nurses in surgery gave me information and I wasn't afraid! They were awesome!!😘😘❌️⭕️❌️⭕️
I had an EGD with dilation yesterday. All went well. Dr Gilbert was very nice and professional. The surgery team was great. Everyone was very caring and concerned about my comfort. I would highly recommend the outpatient surgical team for your outpatient care.
