Sitting here for 3 hours with broken ribs. Keep telling them I can’t breathe well. Nothing. Guess you gotta die to get treatment. I work in the medical field; I’ve worked hospitals coast to coast. Go somewhere else. Anywhere. Auto Zone would do a better job

I went to the ER Thursday night for dizziness, headaches, poor vision, swelling on the back of my neck, and a soft spot on the crown of my head. . The male nurse informed me that I should have went to a primary Doctor for this. He also informed me about how this was not as life saving emergency. I.proceeded to leave and told him that I didn't want someone seeing about me that really did not want to. He made me feel very unwelcome and I assure u that I will not be back unless it is to pick up my medical records. I called several times today to report this complaint and left 2 messages and no one has called me back. I ended up going to Memorial in Gulfport and Dr. Nuygen took the best care of me and found the problem. They all took the best care of me.

So, I just moved in with my boyfriend, and since I was living in Picayune, he told me about his doctor. I made an appointment, and everything seemed fine – the nurses were nice. But then I got my results back and saw I was drug tested without even knowing! And it's been 6 days, and no one's even looked at my results yet. Plus, the lady who took my blood pressure said to my boyfriend ( he was alone) "You shouldn't be with someone that young and pretty." Maybe it's nothing, but after being drug tested without my knowledge and then waiting days for my results to go unread I honestly feel like I was treated unfairly just because my boyfriend, who's been going there for years, brought his younger girlfriend. I really wish Dr. Adams was still here he was amazing, and I never felt judged.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Orange, Layla, Kelli, and Jennifer. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail made my procedure much easier to go through. Dr. Orange provided clear explanations and reassurance, while Layla, Kelli, and Jennifer offered exceptional care and support throughout the process. I truly appreciate their dedication and the genuine kindness they showed during my visit. This team represents the very best in patient care.

Very well run efficient and friendly staff greet you at the door check you in and explain in simple terms what will happen and what to expect, no fuss and no confusion. Went there for a simple routine test my Dr. told me expect an hour, I was out of there in 35 minutes and had the results posted to my chart app in less than an hour. Great job Ochsner your doing it right the 1st time every time
