My wife went in for a mammogram and ultrasound she had good service. What was NOT GOOD we stopped along the way and used the restrooms the toilet was stained had no hand towels for wiping your hands (NO BLEACH SMILE OR AMMONIA SMELL). There was a cleaning cart just outside the men's room with hand towels on it. I spoke to the young lady that she does the cleaning. (she's sitting there playing with her phone. Break time ?) I asked her why no paper towels and why the toilet looked dirty?? She said they don't put any paper towels in that bathroom. She said she just cleaned it about a half an hour ago. This was at 9:48 a.m. on the 18th We entered on N 8TH Ave side
They don’t have a doctor they had a PA sent my baby home constipated we ended up in Florence while he was there. We sat and waited for six hours. They need a better system. They need doctors and they need nurses who give a care Instead of saying, this is not my patient
The staff at this ER were very polite, and the APRN, Broderick Darren, was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, even when the news wasn’t the best. I really appreciated his professionalism and bedside manner. However, there were a few issues that made the experience difficult. The overall wait time was extremely long — I was there for almost 7 hours for something that has taken around 2 to 2.5 hours at other ERs. That part was pretty frustrating. Another concern was during my CT scan. The scan was paused halfway through, and I was told someone else “needed to use it more than you do.” I found this statement very off-putting and confusing. I’ve never had a CT scan interrupted for another patient before, and it didn’t sit right with me, especially given that people who are sent for CT scans in the ER usually need them urgently as well. Lastly, the facility itself felt quite old and could definitely use some updates. Overall, the staff themselves were friendly and respectful, and I appreciated the care I received, but the long wait times and unusual CT scan situation made the visit less than ideal.
We were from out of town and my mother fell .So yall were the nearest hospital we.are from a big city so I was a little concerned how small of a hospital. We had nothing but great care from the beginning Our nurse practitioner was amazing and very through. Great hospital great experience
I cannot even begin to say how amazing Dr. Hamidi and his nurse Taylor are! My friend was going through a very tough time and the compassion that was shown to her and to myself was just unforgettable. Dr. Hamidi was truly the kindest doctor i have ever met. He spoke to us like friends. His kind heart and caring soul shine very brightly. Taylor also made us feel very comfortable and even had us laughing. These two should be highly recognized the work they do!
