My only real negative is if you have an appointment after 8pm, make sure you know how to get in contact with your sleep tech, the normal doors are closed after 8pm. I drove around and found a side door that said norwich sleep study, called up and someone came down to get me. Took me a bit on hold which is why, again, I recommened figuring all this out the day before. Trying to figure it out 15 minutes before your appointment is stressful to say the least. Other than that I would say a five star experience. William set me up quickly and explained the process to me. He was super polite and helpful. I wouldn't bring up that im a veteran other than someone else tried to use it as a negative, all staff thanked me for me service and were professional. I had another study to do which was turned over to Diana. No change between employees, extremely professional. Overall, sleep studies aren't fun, this isn't room service, it's a procedure to see what's wrong with you or at least to give the doctor another piece to your puzzle. You aren't going to be pampered. Recommend this place and their people to anyone needing a sleep study.

My arrival time was at 7:30 pm and they couldn’t set me up until the 8 pm person came in and claimed they overlapped appointments. Put me a small room and bathroom wasn’t close. Rushed us while my service dog was me and try rush my husband to help me because I have physical issues. I would recommend this place. TV was really small and hard to see. They were rude and inconsiderate of a veteran.

Made our appointment, for a very specific date, they called me every day just about to try to get him to go a different night when people didn’t show. We show up for the sleep study on the night we scheduled and sent us a reminder for, and they sent my husband home, said they’re rescheduling. Would rather drive to New London.

I highly recommend the Norwich Sleep Center. They went above and beyond to get my husband in for his first sleep study as quick as possible and again for his second study and coordinated with all parties all along the way so that I wouldn't have to worry about any of it. Their Staff, which includes Lisa, are amazing and so kind. If you are looking for a Sleep Study and don't know where to start......Start with the Norwich Sleep Center LLC!

If you value your time (and your health), find another sleep center. It will take me more than 6 months from setting up my first appointment to actually getting my sleep machine. From the day I called to set up a the first appointment with the doctor to the actual appointment - 6 weeks; then the doctor was sick on the day of my appointment and I had to wait 6 more weeks to see her; then another 6 weeks until my appointment to do the study; then another 6 weeks before I could see the doctor who evaluated the study; and finally (WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?) another 6 weeks to be fitted with a machine for sleep apnea. On top of it, the doctor who evaluated me told me I snored a lot -- my husband says I snore very, very rarely, practically never, which, of course makes me wonder if their assessment is even legitimate. Find a different sleep center that is efficient and knows what it is doing.
