Great overall experience. Thank you for the access/availability and welcoming environment. It was easy to schedule the appointment and the emailed instructions were very helpful. Andres (sleep tech) was kind, professional and caring. He explained things systematically and in ways that were easy to understand. Would recommend a dimmer for the patient room light switch. Thank you again.

I was very nervous because I can’t sleep in different spaces, but the second I entered the sleep center, I felt very relaxed. The sleep center technician made me feel right at home and I even had my own tv and I watched survivor before bed that they provided on the wall. The sleep study was very easy and I fell asleep right away. I really enjoyed the experience.

If it wasn't for Kim don't know if I would have made it. She had such a great friendly, professional demeanor. I felt instantly less nervous. I am curious however why descent mattresses were not on the top of the priority list when puting together this "sleep lab". This bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. I was so sore the next day. I'm not even sure if I slept for the study. But in the morning Kim greeted me with a smile and made sure I got to my car ok. Kudos to Kim. Thank you for all you do.

I was honestly a little nervous about coming in for my sleep study, but the staff made me feel so comfortable right from the start. The girl who helped me was amazing — she explained everything step by step and made sure I understood how the test would go. She even told me what each wire was for and what it would be measuring, which really helped ease my mind. I felt cared for the whole time. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a sleep study done!

I did not have the best experience. When I first went to pick up my device for an at-home sleep study, it was after 6:30 p.m. because that's when you had to pick it up. When I was asking questions about how to use the device and what the different things were, the person explaining it to me got really frustrated that I was asking questions. Then when I was handed paperwork to sign, the lady demonstrated increasing frustration because I wanted to read the paper that I was going to sign before signing it instead of just signing it. After asking her if she had a problem with me reading the paperwork or asking more questions then she realized what she was doing and said oh no, I'm sorry because if you don't ask questions then you won't know how to use things. It was very frustrating that I had to endure that and I hadn't even started the study. When the study ended I had to go and return the device. It just so happens that they only have parking in the back of the building. You have to walk around to the front ring a doorbell to be lit in. It was raining so bad that day and they do have employee doors right next to parking lot. So when you park in the back they have back doors to the building where all you employees are allowed out. I called the sleep center and explained to them that I didn't have my umbrella and that it was raining and that I did not want to walk all the way up to the front in the rain without an umbrella because I didn't want to get soaking wet or get sick. The lady who answered the phone told me that I would have to go to the front and that she can't help me. When I suggested that I can just hand her the device if she comes out one of the back doors and then she got really upset with me and hung up the phone. I called back and thankfully somebody else responded and she was kind enough to work with me because I didn't want to get wet. It would not have been a problem if it wasn't raining. I could have gone to the front to drop off the device, but it was raining hard and all I wanted to do was return their device. I don't know what's going on at this location but I did not appreciate my experience whatsoever. I tried contacting the manager, nobody called me back so here's my review. If you have to choose to go anywhere else and do a sleep study, I would choose somewhere else.
