Been waiting over a month for a return call on a test. Don't waste your time with this place. Hopefully all the tests I've already done are usable by a more competent and caring organization. Edit: The only way I got a call back from CPI was by writing this negative review. Don't waste your time with this incredibly disorganized and uncaring organization. Edit 2: After two months they drop a $200 bill on me for a "sleep study" they waited months to deliver. These people should be ashamed to call themselves caregivers.

STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY. Doc said I needed a cpap after my home sleep study. I couldn't use it due to the mask. Had an in-house sleep study that said I had 78 "episodes" per hour and actually needed a bipap. That was in February. I still don't have it and it November. My insurance canceled the order due to lack of response from this office after 180 days. Never get return calls after sooooooooooo many messages. There is a lot more to this, but I am sure you get the gist. What ever happened to "do no harm".

Very Easy to make an appointment. Called on Monday and seen next day. Able to get thru directly with office staff. When I got to the office was greeted warmly and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I saw Dr. Riggle to establish asthma care and she took her time and asked alot of questions. Also following up with my immunologist to make sure my asthma care will be okay with my other medical conditions. Looking forward to seeing this practice for my asthma care.

I can say I have 100% never left a bad review in my life. I always leave 5 stars review. But after over 30 phone calls, misinformation, lack of wanting to solve issues; sadly this place is just not reliable and will leave you with a massive headache and so many insurance mistakes, mistakes that you have to clean up, as this office will say “your insurance didn’t answer”… wild that the over 20 calls with my insurance, someone answers every single time. Yet I have to leave repeated voicemails for this office to get a call that is not even close to what my voicemail is about. I don’t know if it’s horrible training or just lack of wanting to do a good job or care for patients. They have messed up so much involving my care, resulting in my getting my CPAP 6 months late. I leave a voicemail with great detail about what I need done, nothing is done correctly. With how painful and frustrating this office is, regardless of how nice the provider was, I would go somewhere else for medical treatment. Highly recommend saving yourself.

For the first visit did not properly file my insurance. Waited four weeks for a home study appointment. Drove over today to pick up the equipment and they messed up and didn’t have it ready.
