I had my 3rd sleep study there. Bed comfy, room good, bathroom good, staff friendly. Every bit of paperwork was wrong. A sleep study in a cnter is much more comfortable than at a hospital and it's more like home. Some sleep related tests can only be done in a hospital setting.
Dani performed my sleep study and she was fantastic, explained each detail thoroughly and was all about my comfort with the process. I got there at 8 pm and Dr. Singh was still working after a full day in the office! Very comfortable and welcoming process and I really appreciated Dani’s professionalism and knowledge of the procedure. Definitely recommend to get the most thorough information on your condition!
The beds are magical. Sleep number and can raise the head. You can have firm or soft. What impressed me the most was Danny. An absolute dream. So kind, patient. Not enough adjectives to say about her. She truly loves her job. ❤️ and her patients. She was right there when I was having a nightmare. She is blessed with a kind and giving heart.
Very friendly and very professional. Everything that was going to be done, everything that was being attached for the readings was explained. I felt very comfortable and confident with the whole process. My technician was super great, she put me at ease and made the process just as easy as can be. Everyone in all professions should be as great and kind and caring as she.
My experience was great.. I arrived on time and was taken to my room, ( which by the way was very, very nice. I had a private bathroom with a shower, had a ceiling fan and a queen size sleep number bed and a TV ) I then had to fill out a few sheets of paperwork and changed into my pajamas. The nurse then returned and hooked me all up and I went to bed. The entire experience was was very nice and professional !!
