About 3 weeks after my doc ordered it, they mailed me a device for a home sleep study. The device they sent had broken wires (that can happen). I called and was told to mail it back which I did. They told me they wouldn't mail another device until they received the broken one back. Many weeks went by. I finally called and they said they can't the send the replacement without approval from my doctor!!! The woman on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. She finally agreed to send me a replacement and told me it would be shipped in two weeks! I called back and cancelled the order. I will go somewhere else.

I am so angry, I can't even speak. I wasted my Friday night, March 22, 2024 for an appointment to spend the night at a study and no one one showed---and wait for it, when I called, the night call center person for Penn Sleep Center at Doylestown ARGUED with me and told me I had agreed to be rescheduled on April 4--which is news to me because why would I be there on March 22? I'm a teacher and would NEVER agree to a weekday study. How the heck could I teach the next day--plus, I leave for work at 5:30AM! Then this combative operator said, we called, you answered, and agreed to April 4. Again, I am a teacher, and I would NEVER answer the phone while I teach. Also, why would I cancel all my Saturday appointments and reschedule my entire evening Friday and my Saturday because I knew I'd be tired afterward.... and still show up! I am BEYOND pissed. Not only did they screw up and then try to blame me and then argue with me. I'll be pulling all of my phone records from my cellular company and I wonder what they'll claim next when there was no call on the day in question. Penn Medicine--you can do better, can't you?

Called for a simple question about insurance . The receptionist was quite possible the worst human being I ever talked to . Miserable , nasty , completely unprofessional. Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had talking to a representative of a business . To whom it may concern I called July 20 , 2023 at 6:50 PM . If management there cares at all about their patients you should fire this woman immediately. I am calling my doctor to see if there is another facility I can go to becuz I will not step foot into that facility . I’m absolutely appalled by how a professional sleep center would hire someone of that caliber .

I called 4 times to make an appointment. they were too busy and promised to call back, but didn't; then there was no answer and no voicemail during their 1 hour lunch break, then they didn't answer and shifted me to a number that couldn't take a message. The receptionist was unhelpful and short the only time I did speak to a person.

This was the worse sleep study I have done. The room was small, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the staff was very unprofessional. The bed while big felt like two beds put together. One side was too soft and the other side was hard. I had to move into the middle so the nurse could lay down all the wires and I felt like I had a board going up my back from the difference in the two beds. The one side that I had to sleep on was soft and slanted. I felt like I would roll out of bed all night. The television was small and there was only one chair that was crammed in between the wall and the foot of the bed. I had no place to put a drink down while I was sitting there before going to bed. The only thing they offered was water in a small cup that I had to get up and walk to to refill. Then they never sent out the information to my doctors. Probably because I didn't sleep all night because I was so uncomfortabl and they weren't able to get any information. I've had my CPAP for close to 15 years and have had three or four other studies done all at St Mary's in Langhorne. Doylestown's director needs to visit that center to see how a center should be handled. Would never recommend Doylestown.
