Staff was very nice. The room was decently furnished, bed comfortable enough, however the room was COLD!! I asked about adjusting the temperature in the room and was told we could try the thermostat, but it didn’t work well as the temperature was regulated by the hospital. Sometime after 1am, I rang the bell asking that something be done as I was freezing. A blanket was folded and put over one register that was blowing extremely fast, which helped a bit. I was ever so happy to get out of there!! I would have asked to be unhooked and head home when I rang the bell, but I didn’t want to drive home in the dark.
Since Centra took over the sleep wellness center no one answers the phone or returns calls
Won’t answer the phone when you try to call for anything. You can call 50 times won’t answer leave voice mails left and right and still won’t answer
I called sleep center, went thru test close to 20 years ago, needed info. From my records to get a Bi-pap machine, your sleep center transfer me to records. No answer only the call was terminated by this department, How do we SENIORS obtain information from our record's.. Does Centra assume liability of us SENIORS health , from lack of records information.
