I use the lab at the Avon ,Ohio facility. They are the nicest bunch of people always friendly, always kind never abrupt.
I need to have a blood test done in the lab. Since today is July Fourth, I called to check on availability. The lab wasn’t answering, so I reached the operator. She didn’t even know that the entire facility was closed today. I drove up there early this morning and found it completely closed. I also did reach the national call in number as the lab wasn’t answering taken over by Quest Diagnostics. The nation help desk lady knew as much as was on the website. Didn’t know it would be closed. What a lot of help!!!!
I recently visited the UH Avon Health Center for my annual blood work, and I was impressed. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the waiting area has been expanded. Compared to other University Hospitals locations, this laboratory stands out as the best. Plus, it’s a bonus that they also have a fitness center on-site! Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality healthcare. 👍 If you’re in the area, check out their Urgent Care services too. They offer walk-in care for patients of all ages, and their staff is fast, friendly, and professional. No appointment needed. For fitness enthusiasts, the health and fitness center at UH Avon is excellent. They have a heated therapy pool, lap pool, and well-maintained facilities. Trained therapists and exercise instructors are available, along with amenities like steam, sauna, and a hot tub.
Thoroughly impressed with the entire ER experience. From the online position reservation system inQuicker, triage check-in, nursing staff, the doctor, facility manager - all great. Exceeded our expectations. We left with zero questions. All of our concerns were taken care of before we could even mention them. During a very stressful situation, I can't convey the relief of how pleasant, smart and helpful everyone was. Clean building, restrooms. Large enough waiting area, wasn't packed. Parking wasn't a nightmare. Vending area to get your family through. Highly recommend.
