Sleep Medicine Center

I had a nice time at this facility, On August 6, 2025. The nurse Maria and Staff was wonderful to me,The facility was super clean,The rooms made u feel like you in ,A Great 🏨 hotel room and the bed was so comfortable.. I give it a 10 anyday.

Someone shared that their tech was a woman named Kelly, and they recommended her. I requested her for my husband’s sleep study and she was fabulous. She was thorough, patient, kind, professional, upbeat, inspiring and more. She provided an outstanding experience. If you can manage to secure Kelly for your sleep study, she is exceptional! Thank you Kelly. You are tops!

I went for a sleep study here in 2016 and I remember it vividly because it was the worst experience. The Nurse/sleep study tech was rude and short with me the entire time he was putting all the sensors on me even after I tried to break the ice and have small talk. I had to sleep on my back or side which is hard for me as a stomach sleeper but not a complaint. He had all the lights on in the sleep study room and the room was freezing. I tried sleeping on my side and one I fell asleep he abruptly woke me up because I was to far on my side apparently. He made me readjust and I was even more uncomfortable and couldn’t go back to sleep because I was shivering and it was so bright. So I just layed there half asleep until the time was up. After the study was over and he was taking all the sensors off of me he said something along the lines of “You weren’t cold were you? You could’ve asked for another blanket if you were.” But he had made me feel so uncomfortable from the beginning that I didn’t feel comfortable asking him for anything.. and I thought about it more when I walked back to my car. Why didn’t he offer me a blanket when he saw me shivering? He had to realize that I was cold. The whole situation upset me so much I never let it go. So that’s why I’m leaving this review so I can share my experience and move on. I hope he got fired or quit between then and now because no one should have to go through that experience.

I went up there for a different visit do a office I didn't go to this one but also remember there is construction in this area going off the freeway is difficult you would need to find the back way in speed limits 25mph as of July 1st I'm not sure of how much is a construction is done

2 sleep studies for me, 2 for my hubby. And 1 follow up apt so far. Easy location to get to on Loomis just north of I894. The staff has been very nice. I had 2 very different experiences for my sleep studies. I felt very unprepared and self conscious for my 1st 1. My 2nd was much smoother. I highly recommend Kelly, she was awesome, she made me feel at ease and the study went well. The overnight rooms are very nice, like a hotel, private bathroom (not shown in photos.) If you do a sleep study here, don't be afraid to ask all the 'silly' questions you have, bring what makes you comfortable. The 1 apt we have been to was easy - follow ups are in the same office.
