Worst place ever waited for almost 2 hours just to be seen in the back just to wait another 45 minutes to be told I need an ekg. This is the most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced and the receptionist only response was we only have 2 doctors and the rooms are full. It’s not my problem that I have a 2:15 appointment and you can see my till 5pm there’s a reason we schedule an appointment to be seen not to sit and wait for hours.
Literally can’t believe how this place treated me. Waited 2 months for an appointment, they call an hour before my scheduled appointment to tell me they couldn’t get approval from my primary and are therefore canceling my appointment. When I asked why they didn’t reach out to me before or tell me when they confirmed my appointment 3 days ago, she insulted my primary doctor and insinuated that I don’t have the 300$ to pay for the appointment. I asked again why I wasn’t notified until one hour before appointment and was told “what I’m not going to do, is argue with you.” I cannot believe a business would talk to a first time client in this manner. I also run a business and cleared my hectic schedule on a Friday 2 weeks before Christmas to be there. Extremely disappointed and blown away by the level of disrespect coveted by the representative at this office.
