Took my daughter here for her follow up sleep study.. it was done in March and still dont have the results 6 months later!! When I called previously they told me they had studies from Oct of 2024 that still weren't read! How can you accept patients if you cant help the people you've already seen!? We're talking about children not breathing while they sleep and low oxygen levels but apparently they just dont have the staff to read reports!? Do not go here!!!
This place has been blowing me off regarding a serious nightmare disorder for years now. My doctors, myself and the downstairs staff had no clue why this receptionist won’t call me to confirm ANY OF MY VOICEMAILS AND. ALLS TO THEM, but I have NEVER received a call or reply to my calling in for two years now. My disorder gets worse every day I deal with it and I just cannot get this particular woman who is a secretary there to just call. My phone. Or my doctor. Horrible, horrible experiences. Every time I’m there the doctors in this party are rude, short with me about my questions regarding my health - and my final complaint being that NO ONE has ever answered my call. I always leave voicemails, like no one is even there. Very discouraging and makes me want to go to a different state for real care.
I tried to get in touch with someone regarding test results and it took three weeks for anyone to get back to me, and only after I left a 4th voicemail stating the lack of communication was leading me to consider finding care elsewhere. The person who finally called me, was so rude and stated they have called me back and left messages and said the messages answered all of my questions...I never received any calls or voicemails. It obviously was not a matter of calling the wrong number because this person was able to reach me just fine. I get that mix ups and accidents happen, but it really felt like this lady was disregarding my experience and talking to me as if I should know the answers to my questions because of voicemails she was so confident I have received. I'm not sure why I would leave 4 voicemails regarding the same topic if I was receiving calls and messages from the clinic. People deserver adequate, compassionate, and competent care. I hope things get better with this place.
I needed to get a sleep study performed for my daughter. They failed to call me back upon repeated messages left over a 3 week period to schedule. I finally got a hold of someone and got the overnight session completed. The technician did a reasonable job and the session was smooth. Fast forwarding over a month and the data have not yet been analyzed. My daughter continues to have issues while we wait for a doctor to evaluate. I called several times and they repeatedly say “3-4 weeks” yet it has been over that timeframe. Though this may be isolated, I will never use this office again and likely steer clear of this medical group entirely due to the terrible experience.
Mickey was my specialist for my second sleep study done at this clinic. They say the procedure is pain free, but she made my scalp bleed in many places. She was rude and I feel she purposefully made me fight for air, against the mask while testing. I love Good Sam and usually have great experiences with all the doctors I'm a patient of, however, I'll go elsewhere for the next sleep study. It should be a relaxing, comfortable ordeal! Not anything like the second one I experienced! This test is expensive and being in pain and upset doesn't lead to a positive truthful outcome of the test!
