Great experience, people complaining about insurance… that’s not the offices fault that’s a you problem. The staff are great, got diagnosed with sleep apnea and a cpap study in less than a month

My initial consult went well. Dr. Fehl is very professional and came recommended by my GP. Have yet to pick up my device for my at home sleep study but everyone at the office was nice and easy to work with. Not sure why this location has gotten so many bad reviews. Yes the consult and equipment are expensive but I expected that. I was informed that the insurance company might not cover a large portion of it but was max out of pocket for the year anyway. They were very open and honest about the cost of the study which is why I chose at home. They want people to get the best results possible to correct their issues. Ask questions often about the process and costs. They’ll tell you what you need to know.

An absolute waste of time and an incredible waste of money. Every visit felt like a sales presentation for cpap devices, even though the first words out of my mouth indicated my interest in receiving one. The doctor essentially ignored me and tried to sell me on cpaps as though I was pushing against them. Thankfully the visit was short, however being charged $1200 for what amounted to a nine minute sales presentation is insane. Do not do business with this office under any circumstance.

Was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea but it took quite a few months to finally get my cpap. Receptionist was often rude. I'd recommend going elsewhere except Endeavor.

I cannot recommend you go there. The prices they billed my insurance company were extremely high and only a small fraction was covered. The initial consultation lasted 15 minutes and they billed my insurance company $644.00; $499.25 of which I was responsible for. Then to top it off I just got another bill for $492.00 for the same visit, that was billed at a different rate. I am contesting that bill which I am sure will be a headache. They also billed me for taking my vital signs (height, weight, BP, etc.) as a separate visit even though it occurred immediately before the "consultation". Finally of the 10-15 times I called them to set up appointments and ask about billing, they only answered the phone twice. I left voice mail messages and in most cases the call was not returned until the next day. I think they have serious organizational problems. The one star I did leave is because as stated in another review, everyone was very nice to deal with.
