In December 2025, I had a lumbar fusion in my back. The surgery team were excellent, communicated very well, and so far appears to have done well. However, who stole the show was Daytona from 5th floor surgery recovery. She was the best overnight nurse. She also was doing a great job with her nursing student. Both were very attentive, advocated for pain meds and comfort, and came in almost every hour to help move. Overall, very happy with my stay. And Daytona needs a raise!!

Six hours and counting wait in their emergency department. When asking for an update their nursing staff stated “Oh we don't give wait times.” Great, I didn't ask for a wait time, I asked for an update. After imaging was taken at midnight, it's now three AM. Some of the rudest humans I have ever encountered. If a person can't feel their toes, they can't move without wincing, it may be considerate to give them at least a pillow or blanket, or something besides a terrible attitude. I would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere if you'd like to be treated like a human. People pay thousands to be condescended to and left questioning for hours.

I would like to give a huge thank you to the Cardiac Floor at Washington Regional. They take good care of you and seem to care about providing a good service. However during my recent stay I had a specific nurse that went above and beyond and made my stay excellent. Seth Swan provided some of the BEST care I have ever had at a Hospital. Being in the hospital is no fun and usually very scary. Seth made my stay more comfortable and for what its worth, as best as it could be.

I’ve never been more impressed with with an entire crew of nurses and doctors as I have been for my grandfather during his stay. Incredibly thoughtful, caring. When my grandfather wanted to sleep and he normally does with his eyes covered they went down to the gift shop themselves and bought him an eye mask. One was pregnant due to give birth in 3-4 days and she was fantastic. Just a stellar crew in the ICU, and this family of doctors is stunned. Kudos to you all, it means the world. Can’t rave enough for these men and women. Sam thinks you!! Chloe, Autumn, Haley, Abby, and everyone else!

I just wanted to shout out about my short stay in Fayetteville Arkansas. I was in the area camping in our RV, and experienced a cardiac event. I arrived at their emergency room and checked in, they were very busy that night as many ERs are, must have been the full moon. Once I was taken back to the treatment room and evaluated every member of their staff was great. I wish I could have remembered everyones name, but Dr Marks was friendly and thoughtful. I ended up being admitted and treated by the Cardio team again all the nurses and doctors were exceptional, especially Jule & Brenna. I had minor procedure in the cath lab, the staff there were great. We were traveling in our RV, many miles from home and I had to move it to a different site, I was released in a short 23 hour stay for start to finish and ended up being able to move it myself, but in the ER Dr. Marks offered to move it if I was unable, that above and beyond his duties in the ER. Thanks to all ,
