They called me and moved my appointment by a day last minute. I went at the new time and no one was there. I was locked out of the building and there’s a specific sign on the building saying if you’re here for a sleep study and can’t get in, call this number. No one answered. I was about to give up and leave when I found another patient, same situation. At least he got a call and was told someone was on their way. No one bothered to call me at all. Finally one person arrived at 7:15. The other patient and I were both given 7:00 appointment times and only one person can’t help us both simultaneously. Not a good experience. I was told it would be about 10 minutes and all told it ended up being 40.
Decent
Called multiple times over the course of two weeks, left voicemails, nobody answered or returned my voicemails. I had a referral sent in by my PCP. Called the California company that is supposed to handle referrals, they could not find the referral my PCP sent in. I have now decided to seek treatment at a different facility. Shameful. Suffered two weeks for nothing.
