I can only speak in the highest regard of the exemplary level of service and care this hospital provided for me during my 11-day visit. From check-in, my stay, the staff, food and checkout everything was perfect. I would like to commend my sincerest appreciation and admiration for one of your most amazing, stellar nurses who truly embraces the purest definition of a perfect nurse and her dedication to your patients' care and all of their needs. Mrs. Jen P., who normally works on the 2nd floor, happened to be filling in on the 3rd floor a few days into my visit. I was lucky enough to have Jen as my afternoon caregiver in room 3444 and additionally for several other days during my visit. I, am so thankful for that and all of her help. Immediately after meeting Jen, she made me feel welcome with her embracing kindness, humor and keen eye for my care. Jen and her work ethic is what all hospital staff need to embrace for their patients to have their best experience while they are getting well. Although, there are many patients that all nurses help everyday that are less than kind, angry, emotionally challenged or do not know any better that appear to be difficult to satisfy, calm down or treat. I was able to witness out my door Jen's calming effect on some of these difficult patients and redirect their hostility to a relaxed state. Thank you Jen! Yes, Jen my be my favorite nurse, GO Clemson!.... but please also recognize Naomi too. I did not have her as frequently yet she also displayed the same level of amazing attention and care I never expected, as did all of my nurses that helped me during my stay. 10 stars to your staff and would do it again but hopefully not any time soon!

HCA has the most professional staff, Nurses, Doctors in life! I have had the privilege to be in this hospital. When I say they are beyond my expectations it's true. Since day 1 I've had the most amazing people care for me. The Nurse in the post op was heaven sent she took care of me like I was her daughter. I'm so grateful to her she deserves alot of praise. She was on top of all my care from water, juice to meds to heated blankets and all amazing, the nurses on the floor wow wow wow... I have to say you are allllll amazing, the care, the quick responses, the love was felt all around... my suite was so beautiful and well taken care of from the cleaning staff to food service amazing!!! Bedside care with the Dr's oh boy spectacular A1 service white glove care like I was mind blown when all transpired even when i was discharged it was butter. Easy fast and soooooo excellent. My experience was so great that I pray my 2nd surgery with you is the same... makes me never want to leave the hospital. This is like Prestige service. Absolutely amazing no negative from me. See you all soon.

I went to Bayonet Point Hospital with symptoms of a heart attack and on reporting the issue to the receptionist the staff moved with the utmost speed and urgency. I was treated with extra care and attention and was kept over night during which time I was attended by very concerned doctors and very pleasant nursing staff. Overall I was treated like a VIP patient with the most encouraging nurses and staff that enjoyed their job and treated me with extra care. I would not hesitate in recommending this Hospital.

Absolute worst hospital I’ve ever been to! Where to begin? The filth or the lack of CARE! The patients get! Nurses trying to tell me the blood all over his sheets was GRAPE JUICE! Seriously??? Did not want to do their job and provide clean sheets. Not to mention the AC unit breaking twice in one week!! Freezing their patients! You lay in a room that’s 66’, with the thin blankets! My loved one has been there 11 days today— NOT A SINGLE BATH! NO PHYSICAL THERAPY- As stated four days ago now. The list goes on!!! If you have a loved one! Please do not choose this hospital if you want proper care! THEY I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT! I’m appalled at this hospital! A select few nurses have been phenomenal! The others need to get off of their phones, away from their stations & check on patients! I was there 4 hours before ANYONE came in his room. Yet, they come a zillion times— night shift!! I RECOMMEND MORE HELP, MORE NURSES TO TEND TO PATIENTS. YOU HAVE A CHARGE NURSE, THAT IS ALSO A FLOOR NURSE. WTH? THIS HOSPITAL SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

I hate leaving such a bad review since last time I was there which was a few years ago, it was great and so was preferred to be taken there with this recent episode. Without giving out personal boring health info, I was there because i consistently kept passing out. I remember being in and out of consciousness at the scene of my event, in the ambulance, and at the arrival of the hospital. Over 3 hours of consistently losing consciousness. Finally, I had a moment of lucidity and asked my male nurse, don’t know his name) if I could use the restroom. He pointed directions that it was past nurses station and walked off. I thought that odd given my situation. Once I got back to my room and back in bed I wanted to ask for a blanket but there wasn’t a nurses button but fortunately found one on my own. This action of moving around I felt my IV fall out, it was in my hand but not hooked to any fluids. Blood went everywhere and I must’ve fallen right back out again. I do know the same nurse came in afterwards and checked on my monitor but I was too out of it to say anything. My daughter at some point was able to get to my room and was instantly angered by the chaotic mess of my room, trash, blood and my IV needle laying all over the floor. She tried to get someone to talk to but no one was around. She was very upset and just wanted to get me out of there with good reason especially when I told her I was left alone to get to the ladies room on my own. As we were about to walk out of my room, the male nurse finally showed up and when she said we are leaving and the reasons why, he very sarcastically said, “no problem, let me get the form.” It was a horrible experience! The ambulance personal were amazing, one even stuck his head in the door to ask how I was doing!! PS, I never even saw a doctor, I’m sure one had to have seen me when I came in unconscious but none after.
