They were very good when I went to this sleep study department .I picked up my machine and then brought it back the next day. My appointment was on April 28th, and I told them I was going to leave the end of May for my cabin .They rescheduled my appointment for June tenth, to get my results via virtual which is fine and now they canceled and rescheduled me for I believe it is June twenty third. I can't believe it takes two months to get your results!!!
I have always been very happy with my doctor and his staff they have always been very helpful and always Informed me very clearly. I have never waited long on visit. Him and his nurse is always very helpful to me.
I did not know what to expect before going but was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was wonderful from when I first walked in. Everyone was friendly. I did not wait long in the waiting room and was called back to where the doctor went over everything and took the time with me so I could ask questions. She clearly explained the next steps and the checkout was very fast and painless. Overall a great experience with knowledgeable people who all knew there job
I’m always treated with respect and courtesy at their office. They all are so pleasant and never make me feel like I’m being rushed if I have any questions. The doctor is always so caring and understanding of my situation. The shadow (young man) that was training was so pleasant and very thorough with questions he asked before the doctor came in.
Very satisfied with the doctor and the front desk ladies. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Dissatisfied with sending me papers to fill out before I get to appointment, and no one ask for them it's not there fault it's just what the company has told them to do which is a waste of time, paper, stamps. But the people who set us the big office and run the company could care less.thet have no clue how it's ran. Then the patient starts getting reminders tow days before which is great but they want you to check in early online. Many people do not have time for that and there is plenty of time to do that at the office while you are waiting to see the doctor. Super dissatisfied when I call about a bill and no one can answer questions or you just plain cannot understand them. The list could go on but I'm pretty sure nobody gives 2 cents worth. Kinda sad
