Employee i had was so respectful and so caring with all my stuff going on that I had the best sleep yet! And I loved it! They found my answers! I am one excited gal!
At first I was like why the bad reviews, then I got an $2100+ bill. A week before I had paid $375+ in copay, which seemed like the 20% I'd owe. Unfortunately, it was billed wrong and it was processed out of network! This was quite the surprise, especially when you can have a sleep study mailed to your home for less than $200. My insurance has reprocessed this claim and is now covering 100%! I better get my copay back!
DO NOT GO HERE. Reject this place if your doctor recommends it. My boyfriend has called at least 4 times, and never speaks to anyone. He’s left voicemail after voicemail. No call back. He has been waiting on a sleep apnea machine for months. He cannot get ahold of anyone to find out what is going on. This is by far the worst doctor office we’ve ever dealt with.
The sleep study itself was great with a great staff. Very frustrating in that I was given little information as to what to do next and when I called back a month later during regular early business hours I had to leave a message and told they would respond with in 24 hrs. In opinion this is poor customer service.
I had an extremely bad case of a sleeping disorder. Thanks to the clinic, I'm able to sleep again and without any medication. Very friendly staff. Thank you very much!
