I’ve been here three times and always had a very positive experience. One office visit and two sleep studies. The staff was excellent and I learned a lot about my sleep issues from them. After the initial wait for an appointment, the process has been fast with all three visits taking place in less than two weeks. My only complaint is there isn’t a sign visible from the road, that I could see, to know when to turn. A lot of businesses here and arriving at night doesn’t help. Even a small sign that said “sleep” would help.
I had a consultation and a sleep study here. Every employee I've come into contact with has been amazing, both professional and friendly. The room was nice as well. The only discomfort was the unavoidable part from being hooked up to so many wires. I would definitely recommend.
My doctor and all the nurses are very nice and knowledgeable, feel warm and welcomed during both sleep studies. But the lady up front that takes your temp as you walk in doesn't need to be working with the public. She is very rude and snippy. Acts like it's a bother for you to even ask her a question. I'm not very familiar with Gainesville, and I needed directions to the other office, and she acted like I was stupid because I didn't know where I was going. I'm glad the sleep study is over because I won't be back.
My sleep technician was very kind and knowledgeable, however the clinic itself is very to slow to process anything and does not return calls. I've had two sleep studies, one at home and one in clinic and still no word about any DME company setting me up with a machine. The pulmonologists office is also no help as they say contact the sleep center, who doesn't return phone calls or answer the phone at all. Very dysfunctional, frustrating process with little to no answers except for when they hit you up for a large co-pay immediately after walking into the office. #NoSleep
Dr. Galina Bogordoskaya is efficient and to the point. She reviews your medical history and looks at your current CPAP #s and makes appropriate recommendations. Dr. Galina is up to date on the latest medications for sleep apnea related problems and best fit for masks. Highly recommend!
