We have been to this facility 3 times in the last year, between myself and my family. (John McGee PSGT/Bill Ameline, RPSGT )have performed all of our test. These techs are very informative and experienced. I highly recommend them if you need a test. I will be requesting them only in the future!
Staff was wonderful and patient with my special needs child who had the sleep study. Room was comfortable, clean and large. Had a Murphy bed which was comfortable for my own sleep while my child had the hospital bed. TV with plenty of channels. Had our own thermostat so were able to adjust for personal comfort. Recommend you bring your own blanket. Linen/pillows are provided but it's the thin hospital blankets and I'd wished I had my blanket from home as the Murphy bed was beside the AC and got chilly.
By far the best sleep lab in central Montana let alone Great Falls! I’ve had wonderful experiences in helping family members obtain sleep testing and definitive treatment from the Benefis sleep lab. Huge thank you to their day staff and night shift technicians who have gone above and beyond to help my family! Dr. Roux is an incredible physician, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Great Falls for my sleep testing needs!
My friend recently went to Benefis Sleep Lab for a sleep study on Saturday. She has a lot of mental health issues, which prevented her from sleeping and kept her technician constantly checking up on her.One of the female technicians was talking and she overheard them using the r and n slurs. I would not recommend using this service if you have mental health issues. I would suggest going to Rocky Mountain for future needs.
My husband had an appointment for his sleep apnea test today at 8 pm, we live 125 miles from this doctor and we explained that to their employees there, we were also having work done on our truck at a shop down in great falls , benefis sleep lab knew all of this information, none of their employees told my husband that he would have to wait 5 hours in the pouring rain until they opened back up at 8 at night, we dont know anyone in great falls, we are new to montana , my husband left the benefis sleep lab since no one would want to wait 5 hours in the pouring rain, he rode the city bus as close to the Travelodge hotel down in great falls as the bus could get him, this is ridiculous they could have explained that there wasn't anywhere for my husband to be inside to wait for his appointment, we are a family that lives on a fixed income, so a big Thank You to Benefis Sleep Lab for costing us $150 that we didn't have to spend, if I didn't have to give any stars I wouldn't.
