My wife and I stayed in the Labor and Delivery for the birth of our son towards the end of November and received excellent top notch care from everyone. Of all the great nurses we had, one in particular named McCaila stood out from the rest she was so helpful, informative and caring during my wife’s stay there. We definitely were grateful that she was my wife’s nurse and believe she deserves recognition for all she did!

I have a few doctors here, I adore them. They found out what is going on with me and actually doing something about it. These are the best doctors around. One thing I can say, they don't just give me medicine and send me on my way, they truly tend to my medical issues. Thank you Doc's. Just 2 days ago, I was told I have Breast cancer. My doctor is so sweet and kind, she told me in a way that I didn't freak out. About an hour later, a lady called me and got me all set up with a surgeon, and whatever else I needed. Thank you Dr. M, and thank you Miss S. I am lucky to have you 2 🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬 on my side.

I had a partial knee replacement with Dr. Chase Dukes. Dr. Dukes an extremely knowledgeable surgeon and takes the time to explain the procedure and what to expect. He is one of the most kind and caring doctors I have had experience with. I would recommend Dr. Dukes to anyone looking for joint surgery or partial or total knee replacement. He also did an amazing job with my shoulder when I had a retracted rotator cuff and bicep repair. Dr. Dukes at Benifis in Helena in my opinion is the best. Ron Granberg

If you want the worst ER experience you've ever had, you're in the right place! I have a rare chronic medical condition that is not easy to manage. Dr. Harkness was very rude, asking questions more like a social worker than a doctor, made fun of me, my pain, my religion, and ended by telling me it was all in my head and I need mental workup, after he told me the reason they keep him around is because he "has seen it all". I said, "Then let me go home." He said, "No, I think you should stay a night in the hospital," and admitted me. Lastly, to add insult to injury, I got left with the bill because they sent it to my insurance as "Medically unnecessary" so insurance won't cover it. I called the Hospital Admin, and the lady was very kind, listened, and said the head Dr's staff would call me that week. No one called. I called back 3x and left voicemails. After a couple weeks, I received a letter in the mail saying they reviewed my case and they can't change the code and I am responsible. Of course they can't when they don't consider or talk to the patient and only get one-sided information. I called Admin again and was told my case was closed so they won't be calling me. I was very disappointed. I have been to a lot of hospitals and ERs due to my condition and this is hands down the worst. Lastly, I will say I have never left a review in my life, but this merited one, as I don't want anyone to be treated as I was. And as a side note, I didn't go to the ER on my own accord. I was sent there by the Walk-In clinic, as they had some concerns, but Dr. Harkness didn't seem to note that when I reminded him... All this aside, if you get Stacey Sheffield as your Hospitalist, she is an angel. She was very kind to me, said she could tell I was in pain and gave me many suggestions, a needed medication, having dealt with some similar health issues as myself.
