I was a bit apprehensive having read some reviews but my experience far exceeded my expectations. My respiratory therapist answered all my questions, made sure I had everything I needed and even gave tons of great troubleshooting suggestions when I had trouble with my first mask sealing. They went above and beyond!
I've had my machine for over a year now, and I've only gotten 1 replacement mask. I was suppose to get a full set of replacement supplies in April, got a call saying they had to get my mask ordered and that would come in May, and now it's June and I've recieved nothing, not even the supplies I was supposed to get in April. I'm going to have to call my insurance because I get the feeling they are charging for supplies they never send out. I get messages telling me to order supplies, I approve it, and I never received anything. They have the correct address, since I've already recieved 1 mask in August last year.
It’s quite baffling to how every single experience I’ve had here has been terrible. I was accepted as a patient years ago and brought in my Resmed 10, and it took over 2 years to have Iowa update my records my CPAP machine isn’t a Resmed 11 to the original 10 I brought into the office and had a professional in house document it. Ordered supplies 2 different times and they sent me $300 worth of supplies for another machine both times. Told them over the phone it was the wrong machine and they’d update my records… they didn’t update it, and did it again the next few months. If this is medical equipment that you can’t buy at the store and is held to the same practicality as a pharmacist or doctors office, why isn’t it held to the same standard as those? Ordered supplies about 40 days ago, got an email confirmation it’s shipping out. Called today, they say they never got the order, and now if I want the supplies covered I’m going to have to purchase it out of pocket they said. Never again.
I had an exceptional experience during my visit to this place. As soon as I entered, I was greeted and informed that my respiratory therapist would be available soon. The machine and its functioning were explained in detail, and we also selected a mask. The therapist provided me with some helpful suggestions, and the mask was tested for a proper fit before I left. Additionally, I was encouraged to reach out in case of any queries or concerns.
Received a phone call today from a debt collection company stating that I owe these people right around $300.00 for cpap equipment from March of 2021. I had rented a device using my credit card, I had it for less than 30 days and returned it due to a silicone sensitivity and not being able to use cpap. At the time I returned the device I was told that I would not be charged anything additional and I never received any other bill. So how do I now 2 years later owe nearly $300?
