Absolutely the worst. Testing techs don't want to be there, always threatening to charge you thousands if you don't compleate the study. The testing rooms are filthy and havent been overhauled in over 20 years and the equipment is antiquated. The vendor can't fix thier own cpap machines as mine never worked from day 1, the clinicians at the mgh clinic actually told me, and this is the doctor in charge speaking, "we don't know how they work and have no facilities to test them so don't bother to bring it with you to the clinc" now i have that in writing. While i love mgh, this is straight medicare/insurance fraud and abuse. Avoid at all costs! And yes, I have all this documented. Stay far far away!

My partner was referred to the MGH clinic for a sleep study by his PCP and a specialist separately on multiple occasions. He has been calling for months to try and schedule a sleep study. He has left countless messages to attempt to schedule and not one has been returned. We understand that these appointments take a long time to book, but the fact that no one here can even return a phone call to let him know when he may be able to schedule an appointment is disappointing.

I had an appointment scheduled for about eight months. It is now less than a month away. I just received a call that it has been canceled because, "The doctor won't be in the office that day." Enjoy playing golf As s Hole. Further, the next available appointment offered is in May of 2026.

I had a really bad experience in the past with a sleep study in another state with another practice. I arrived a little early to the lab and George was there to greet me and get me setup. He was personable and explained everything that would happen. The room was clean (it is a legitimate hotel room) and had a TV to help relax as George worked with his other patient. The bad reviews here surprise me and can direct people to a REALLY BAD practice with terrible rooms and beds. I cannot suggest George enough for a technician and I would have my family and friends use the sleep lab in the future.

I waited 9 mos for an appt even though I am not a new patient. In April, I was seen, prescribed meds for and told I would have a follow up in three months or earlier if I had trouble. I had trouble. Saw my doc was about to retire. I left messages for 6 weeks. Was told that my clinic notes didn’t match the perscriptions I was given and that I couldn’t renew the rx I was given. I had to take the one in the note. Which he and I had never discussed and which is contraindicated for my use. I brought that up. Was told I could take the pill or leave the clinic and that I couldn’t be seen for another year. Quality of care and continuance of care unconscionable.
