The room for the sleep study was not a clean experience. The carpet had large stains looked like coffee. The chair in the corner had white paste, the stuff they put on your head on the top of it. Nobody mentioned to bring a blanket, I was so cold. I would not recommend
Follow up very poor. It took me 3 months to re-order supplies. I always was connected with a computerized voice never a human. I was directed to a web site to order only to told I cannot order supplies through this web site. Very frustrating.
Always professional & friendly. They do listen to any issues you are having & also very thorough with getting to the bottom of the problem if any and explain very clearly their thoughts.
The sleep center and their staff is fantastic. The doctors have taken care of me and my late mother for many years. Thank you so much!
If you go here, don't expect to see the same doctor on your next appoointment. They have a very high turnover and will pass you off to a PA when the doctor you saw leaves. Sometimes you get a good doctor, sometimes not. If you have other options, consider them first.
