The staff were extremely nice and professional. Overnight rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Not very pleasant front desk staff. I felt rushed by the front desk and by provider . I was treated more like a number, rather than a patient. MA was the only nice one there. They should take some bedside manner tips from Dr. Shah.
I have a 40 minute drive from my work to the office. Showed up 5 minutes late to an appointment, after a snarky remark from the receptionist the provider refused to see me because they didn’t want to get behind. There was 3 people in the lobby.
Curt, not very pleasant front desk staff. Not a great start at all on my first visit Made the appt then when the day came, I went in and because their billing mgr can’t get Medicare entered without issues, they told me i’d have to come back another day. We went thru same nightmare with my wife because they were checking boxes in their computer they shouldn’t have. Once we got that thru their head, they got paid. took over 2 months , and they weren’t very nice. Their junk computer isn’t my problem, nor their lack of experience on billing. We called Medicare multiple times and they told us there weren’t any issues, everything had the correct id on it. We had to call them back and tell them how to do it. who’s paying me for my time??
It was a very nice experience the lady working at my sleep study was great she made the study a very pleasant experience and she made you fill very comfortable there. She knew her job very well. Oh and the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.
