It's definitely a bandaid station. I think a paramedic has the same capabilities of this hospital. Definitely don't feel safe if something were to happen.

I dont normally leave reviews BUT...Im currently here for my second stay due to pancreatitis and have been here for 4 days now. The staff for the most part has been attentive and friendly until last night. My night nurse was unbearable and extremely unpleasant. She was rude and snarky when I asked her questions and treated me like a drug seeker when it was time for my meds. I told her about a bed sore on my foot and she said "maybe you shouldn't rub your foot on the bed." She rolled her eyes at me when I explained my pain and the discharge plan the doctor and I came up with. She was terrible and shouldn't be working with people. Her name was Gina Marie and apparently there were 3 other complaints about her from other people last night. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and everyone has bad days BUT as a nurse, you are dealing with people who are in their most vulnerable situations and you must have compassion. I would rather stay home and suffer from pain than deal with her again. The rest of the staff has been friendly and gone out of their way to make sure I have what I need.

No radiology tech on the weekend. There is a 2 hour wait on cat scans because the hospital has to call the radiology tech to come to work. Bad hospital where you wait forever. If your sick go somewhere else

I really liked the NP that saw my daughter. He was very caring to her. But, the hours that you always have to wait in the emergency room, you would drop dead if it was a really big emergency. I was very happy with the nurse too. But hours and hours of waiting is torcher for people that are there for an emergency. They need more people working to fix this problem.

Monique seems to always have an attitude and not a caring voice or soul in sight everytime I've saw her. Nobody's wants to feel bad and have someone that's not happy walk into the room . We want someone to listen and care and help us as patients and make us comfortable. Haley Rapp ain't no better for a DOCTOR either she had a VERY nasty attitude when she actually came in the room 2nd go around after dealing with a caradic patient and as I'm explaining again she stops me while talking saying I'm not gone talk to her that way ? I stated she can find someone else to listen to me cause how are you getting mad at me while I'm explaining and I'm watching your eyes get wide and you move your head your showing me you don't care while I'm trying to explain. I literally been sitting in the back for a very very long time HURTING. My headache is throbbing a headache I CANT get rid and had for a few days!!. She also said I should have been calling making appointments and finding a dentist while she was handling the other patient , saying you had all this time to make phone calls I told you I will be with the other patient for a very long time smh. Also stated we don't pull teeth. I said thats crazy this is a hospital and your yelling and getting mad and saying y'all don't pull teeth but last I checked a hospital is for emergency/ for people who not feeling well regardless of what their being seen for your suppose to HELP every patient!. She literally didn't want to help at all! I said y'all can see people with mouth pain and I came here with multiple problems and I also know people who have went to the hospital with horrible wisdom teeth pain. Even women know after giving birth or during pregnancy hormones highly messes with someone teeth. I never had a Dr ever said the stuff she said and telling a patient who they should be calling. Also she made it very clear she didn't care that Im a busy mom and have been with my NICU baby ! And me being PP that's why I came to hospital because it's better safe then sorry! Obviously that ain't work out well at all! She literally said it doesn't matter if my baby in the NICU I can still call and make appointments instead of coming there .like whattt???????I came due to chills, wisdom teeth pain, slight chest pain, etc and just had a baby . Seem like nobody cared nobody actually listen and i shouldn't have to explain multiple times and no one should be demanding what I should be doing while in crucial pain . Obviously I want to make sure Im not having an infection or pp preeclampsia. She even looked at me funny because I said I want blood work ran because if anything is serious going on it will definitely show including sepsis etc she said no it won't we look at history to determine all that then said she send someone in here to do my blood work. Also they wanted me to take something in the family I'm allergic to . This hospital has literally went down hill. Just like while pregnant I went to be seen for leg pain possible blood clot. I'm high risk . I came in hospital with a very high blood pressure reading and they sent me home and not to labor & delivery. They also never took urine or blood sample either . They also stated a Dr didn't come speak to me because my situation isn't important like other patients . And the bruise from my busted veins will stay there forever and the pain .. the way they talk to people and treat people is ridiculous. Just like there laughing and talking about patients business in the hall!!!. So anyone that goes here PLEASE VOICE RECORD !!!!!!!!!!!!! First and foremost a postpartum patient should have had every test ran along with what ever needs to be ran in urine as well. 2nd slight chest pains should have also check that out . 3rd headaches I've had for a few days & 4TH very bad CHILLS should have also been a concern with all 4 combined to make sure EVERYTHING WAS OKAY!!! Also I ask for a supervisor number and numbers was giving DIDNT WORK!
