I had a HORRIBLE experience with the front desk manager regarding a reservation I had. She was super rude, unprofessional and uncooperative. I had a reservation for a whole month. She canceled the whole reservation after I stated I was not able to check in for one night but I was able to come check in the next day. She could have been more considerate seeing that I had a 30 day reservation and not canceled the whole stay. This is not how you should treat your guests who are far away from their home and family. She hung up on me as soon as she canceled the whole reservation. I called back and she did not so whoever help accommodate me for the rest of my monthly reservation. I called for the 4th time to speak to the manager and it was the same lady I spoke to. I was left with no room for the rest of the month and thus I called she told me very abruptly “ you can find another hotel to stay at”. This happened the night of December 13th. I hope this manager doesn’t treat all guests this way.

I had came stayed at the hotel in April 2025 and at 3 o’clock in the morning. I found two bedbugs Under the pillow and sheets, I called to the attendant at the front desk and he told me to take a picture of it. I took a picture of the bugs and I went down and they gave me another room when I showed them the bedbugs. After I talk to management, they promised to give me 70000 points which I never receive, they tried to tell me the that there were no bedbugs when clearly I have the evidence that there were why the front desk attendant move me to another room I would never stay in that hotel ever again. The pool is very small. I don’t like that part either.

Took off one star due to mattress sinking in the middle. Fan did not work in bathroom. Other than not being able to get a good night sleep, had a wonderful stay without issue. Check in easy. Had snacks and coffee available in lobby when we checked in at 8pm. Snacks were excellent after a long drive, stuck in 3 hour traffic jam in Chicago. Free breakfast was delicious with variety of options.

Room was clean and well-appointed. I forgot my toothbrush (I always forget something), and there was a sign in the bathroom to contact the desk for complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was delicious--they make the coffee with fresh-ground beans! We travel to Racine several times a year to visit family, and we will definitely be staying here again.

Our entire hotel stay was absolutely wonderful. We had a hotel block booked for our wedding on May 30, 2025, and everyone was incredibly helpful, nice, and caring. I went about a week before the wedding to check out the meeting room as I was looking to have my bridal party and myself get ready for the wedding in there. Kathy was working the front desk and she was so sweet and helpful! She walked us into the meeting room and let us look around to ensure that it would work for our hair and makeup artists (it did!) and then helped us with squaring away final details. It was such a pleasant experience and a great first impression for sure. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone, especially for hotel blocks. It was the easiest “vendor” I booked the entirety of the wedding process and everyone was so helpful and kind. Thank you so much to everyone, you all were fantastic and made my wedding day so special
