The Sleep Lab At Riverview

The entire team was amazing! Pre-op: Kaylie, RN & Leigh L, RN. Post-Op: Kaylie, RN. Dustin CRNA did my anesthesia. He asked if he could pray over me before my surgery. And he prayed for me and the entire staff that would be working on me. They were all so kind!

Riverview Hospital exceeded my expectations. The hospital staff and nurses were extremely nice with good bedside manners. Whatever i needed or requested was atrended to immediately not only for me but my guest also. Two nurses came in on every check and worked well together. The generosity of the staff made me feel like ,I was there number one priority and important. The room was large and clean and I was able to regulate the temperature in my room. I felt very safe about being there with there security protocol in place. Riverview Hospital is a class act.

Very satisfied with my experience. I checked in for a knee surgery and everything from parking until check out was excellent. The check in process was quick and easy. Once i made it up to outpatient i was met with three smiling faces and taken to my room. Everyone i had contact with verified my information and why i was there to prevent mistakes. The ladies that did my preop were proactive and had the physical therapist come teach me how to do stairs on crutches and she made me practice. Prior to surgery Dr Daniel checked in for last minute questions and marked my knee to prevent errors. The operating room staff were great and verified my information. The ladies in the recovery room were very attentive and did a good job making me comfortable as i was waking up. The post op nurse was excellent. She was thorough and got me through the process at my pace. The final ride down to the truck was uneventful but we had a good joke about not crashing the wheelchair into the wall. She helped my wife get me loaded up with minimal discomfort. I would like to thank all of the people I came in contact with for doing an excellent job.

It was a wonderful experience, we were so pleased with all nurses, and the surgeon. We had a horrible experience at children’s last year. From the moment we got to Riverview we were amazed at how attentive, kind, and thoughtful everyone was. We all laughed smiled the whole time. The facility was clean, everything happened in a timely fashion. It was a wonderful experience for my 7 year old son and our family! May God bless everyone involved in our appointment! I had a great experience for 2 outpatient procedures I had done at the same time. I was very impressed with the efficiency and quality of care. My two pre-op nurses, Leslie (pre-op) and Carol (IV), were so great and helped calm my nerves and dread. They both helped to explain the process and answered my many questions. My post-op nurse, Ciara, was amazing! She was so kind and caring during the recovery. She explained what to do afterwards to help me have a smooth recovery day. I couldn’t have asked for better, or more caring support, during the entire process. The people were outstanding and truly made a difference.
