My son recently had a sleep study done here in Oshkosh.I have to commend the Staff members Hannah & Alissa!!They were absolutely amazing with him as he has special needs and he was a bit anxious once his sleep time began.Thou I had the accommodations to stay the night with him in an adjacent room my attempts to leave his room only increased his anxiety so they allowed myself to remain in his room with him to reduce this allowing him to relax & fall asleep.Alissa assured him he was Ok & was doing a very good job which gave him great comfort! Hannah & Alissa made sure I could be as comfortable as possible.I feel the need to make the department aware of the time,patience and such great quality care these two provided during our stay! Not only had they helped reduce his anxiety to complete the study but mine as well as to getting through it for him!I highly recommend to others to not hesitate to complete this sleep study if thier child or family member has special needs of any kind ( as I was very hesitant myself moving forward) because the staff I had certainly didn’t disappoint in thier abilities to create a safe & calming atmosphere for us!Appreciate them tremendously!Thank you Hannah & Alissa!
