I want to extend a HUGE thankyou to Dr. Chrisla Key in urology. I hope that she sees this review. By the time of our visit, I was exhausted from previous efforts and voicing concerns for my daughter's enuresis over the course of at leaat 9+ years. At the time of her appointment, Dr. Key spoke to me and my daughter independently. Dr. Key included my child regarding treatment efforts by providing her (my daughter) with apporpriate education and recommendations for lifestyle changes. Apparently that really reached my daughter. My daughter has gone a whole month without incident and I could not be more proud of her. I also wanted to extend my gratitude for Dr. Key's transparency, style of communication, and patience when servicing patients. LeBonheur definitely has a gem. Thanks Dr. Key! Need more like you in the medical field.

Scheduled an appointment for a hematoma removal on the belly button of my son. Took a day of pto for my job and drove round trip 200+ miles for this and once in the doctors office they said the appointment was for something completely different and the doctor was not there for the hematoma surgery either. I told them they better not charge me for this as the visit was not what was requested at all and it was a huge waste of time.

I’m writing this review as I’m sitting in a room with my child while he does a sleep study I’m in a chair trying to get some kind of sleep and I got woke up not once but TWICE with them asking me to fix the thing on my sons nose! I thought that was their job it’s 11:48 at night I guess parents don’t sleep while these child is here? I’m so over Le Bonheur. I mean it’s a OVERNIGHT SLEEP STUDY I’m tired. And that isn’t the only problem when we got into a room it was almost 80 degrees in here thankfully we got a fan after me complaining of course because they can hear everything you say. Then I asked them about the light she said they would be shut off when he goes to sleep but yet they are still on. If my husband didn’t bring me and my son and drop us off I probably would of done left already

I’m so thankful for this place! Every time my child has to come here, their always so nice, understanding, and give their all when it comes to treating him. Le Bonheur has help me, by educating me, sending me through the class I need to better understand my sons condition! My #1 pick when it comes to emergency rooms. #ThankYou ♥️

What a bad experience. First they lost our paperwork within first 15 min. Yep 15min. We got a room pretty quick where we sat for well over an hour n never seen a doctor. We left got to the car i called to speak with supervisor.i went back in.they took me and my child back to the same room. The doctor only wanted to talk about other things not my child.so i started ready symptoms from a doctors website. She didnt like that she told me she was the doctor in a non professional way so i proceeded to gather my things to walk out.her assistance tried to block me from leaving "are you kidding me right now".
