Best sleep center ever! Deborah was the best technician ever! She was extremely caring and professional! She deserves a daisy award!

I feel like I’m being very generous when i give this place 2 stars. It took a solid month to make an appointment. There were issues with the referral between my doctor and whoever does the scheduling. Both claimed that they did their part. I never found out what the issue was. I did a take-home study, I was literally told that if I had questions I could Google it. Luckily I did not end up having questions. I was to receive the results within a week. Two weeks later, I had to ask my doctor for the results. She did not have them so I had to contact the center. They claimed they had sent them to my doctor . I had issues on the front end and the back end. Worst of all, The results I received literally left me hanging. It was a printout of the results and no solution or recommendations included. I guess I misunderstood what a sleep center does. That was just the beginning. I had to pay a lot of money out of pocket for this test and billing has been a nightmare. If I go online to look up the billing information, it tells me my account doesn’t exist. Yet, I have the paper bill in my hand. I was able to set up a payment plan that seemed to never “save”. So, I started making payments on my own every other week . Midway through making my payments, the payment plan randomly saved and a third-party stated to contact me via email but then I would also get phone calls from people claiming to be from Dignity. Nobody would give me information about the bills until I coughed up personal information to confirm I was the patient. Think about that for a second. I’m being contacted by people wanting me to pay them and they will not give me any information about that bill until I give them personal information. I started receiving weekly phone calls about my “outstanding debt.” One day, I talked to a man that was confused because I was making payments so he wasn’t sure why they kept calling. Later that day, I received another call about my “ Outstanding debt.” On an even more concerning level, the people that were calling me had a different balance than what the third-party was saying. We are talking about a $200 difference . When speaking with somebody from Dignity, it sounded like they were working from home (I could hear the outdoors) and I’m pretty sure they were using a translating device (there was always a lengthy delay between what I would say and how they would respond) all of the above has made it difficult to feel comfortable handing over private information via the phone. .

Top notch. Not the most fun procedure to do but they make it truly seamless. Beautiful facility. Amazing staff. They get you in. They prep you efficiently. Everyone is very very nice. Accomodations are like those found in a hotel. They get you out. They get results. And they provide you with snacks, coffee and juice. Wonderful. Unlike any other sleep center I've visited. Thank you Mercy Gilbert Sleep Center!

Had a great experience when I did my sleep study. Well at least the best experience I could have having someone watch me sleep with wires hooked up all over me. However, after 10 months of waiting and calling, drove myself back to the location to finally get my results for myself so i can take to my doctor. 10 months and they never sent out my results and I have to be proactive? Unacceptable in my opinion. Would be on the phone with office staff and Medical records to be told I had to fill out forms and send them back in to have results sent to me and they never did... the follow-up of this organization was nonexistent. They took 5 months to send me the bill after sleep study and they never even completed the service. Something needs to be fixed internally with them.

I was extremely comfortable (as much as a person could be for a sleep study, at least) and I got some surprising results. My technician was stellar, too, and made me feel very valued. Highly recommend this place for a sleep study.
