I have such mixed emotions about this place. The first time I was here was phenomenal.. bed was fairly comfortable, staff is amazing, the facility is beautiful, the rooms are super clean, the amenities are great. I was in RM 2 and the mattress, while nothing like mine was good enough that it didn't affect my impression. The second time was WILDLY different. I was in RM 1 this time. Everything about the staff and facility and cleanliness absolutely still true, but it was too hot, there was no flat sheet to stay covered but cool off, and I'm pretty sure I was sleeping on a mattress with nothing but old creaky springs. I could feel all the springs, and the hard metal frame. It was awful to sit on, let alone sleep on. I couldn't toss or turn if I wanted to because I was so stiff all night, but I kept waking up and trying because I was so uncomfortable. My back hurts so much the next morning I could barely move. You have an incredible facility, but how you expect doctors to get accurate results when you lay them on a bed so awful is beyond me.
I just finished a sleep study here. The place is great. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were nice. Could not have asked for a better experience.
It was wonderful. I thought I was in my own bed. When I went to sleep I was very peacefu.l she was nice, my nurse. So I really would give MD sleep a five-star thank you
I did an overnight study recently with MDSleep and they were awesome. The entire staff was great from beginning. I had zero trouble in making my appointment, working with billing, or getting my results back in a timely manner. Their facilities are kept very clean and they have actual beds, not hospital beds. The rooms feel more like hotel rooms than anything else. I was allowed to bring my own my pillows and weighted blanket. They have a fan upon request, but I brought my own as well. Each room has a TV with cable and several nearby outlets for electronic devices. Michael, my sleep tech, was awesome. He makes you feel at home and explains the purpose behind everything before he does it. If you need a sleep study, I highly recommend coming here.
Extremely nice staff. They make you feel welcome and make sure you're as comfortable as possible. Definitely recommend them to anybody.
