i don't usually leave reviews but my experience at the ER was horrible, i went in because i was suspecting i was having a miscarriage (i have a history have early stage miscarriages) i told the ER staff my concern and they had no urgency at all!! i only saw the doctor once the whole six hours i was there the lady who did my ultrasound was very rude and very rough and didn't answer any of my concerns i was having, none of the nurses were checking up on me or giving me answers to any of my questions either when i would ask for simple things like how much longer i would have to wait for my test results or even small things like a blanket they caught an attitude like i was bothering them!! ur job as a health care professional is to be there for any questions and concerns your patient is having this is what happens when people get into the medical field for a paycheck and not for the love of the field!! how dare you guys let a pregnant woman with a history of miscarriages sit for SIX HOURS with NO ANSWERS!!! i ended up just walking out and went to saline memorial where i was seen and token care of within two hours! absolutely unacceptable if your medical staff i'm very disappointed and will not be returning

No! No! No! Just don't do it. The nursing staff will abandon the patients. Nurse staff just walked off left me ĺaying in floor and crawed to bed in my puke. This is the kind of care they give to their patients. Dont do it! Literally an abandoned as patient laying in the bathroom floor puking. How's that for GREAT patient care for you. Then letting them craw to the bed in their own puke to have to call their own family. Sound like Great patient care, doesn't to you? PS. I dont need that ignorant crap about being sorry public image BS on my complaints because it means NOTHING if you genuinely fail to show no improvement.

Don't go here if you have COPD and a lung infection. Asked for a steroid shot told the only care for bronchitis I received was steroids that I already had an active prescription of at my home. Spent over an hour waiting on discharge paper work and it took them almost 5 hours to do a Covid test. Coming from someone who was in health care as an occupation ive never felt more unheard and will not be coming back period. I'll die first.

Everyone that know me knows that I hate writing a bad review on anyone, but this situation with this hospital requires much needed exposure. I am so distraught with Arkansas Heart Hospital in Bryant. There are some diabolical people that work there. My daughter took my granddaughter to this hospital early this morning, and they decided to call CPS on her. Dr. Pitts and nurse Shirley are the two names that stands out to me right now, however there are more. Everyone that knows my daughter knows that she is one of the best moms in the world. I have contacted the senator's office concerning this matter and will be contacting others because I can't help but wonder how many innocent parents have had to deal with similar accusations from doctors and nurses that just don't care and with the stroke of a pen can disrupt people/children lives forever.(I am so ecstatic to know that I serve a God that sits high and looks low). I am going to be that voice today to speak for people who can't speak for themselves or people that don't know how to take the necessary measures to keep their children from having to deal with these type of experiences. People across the isle (black, white, and etc.) know my child along with lots of other children in the community and they can attest to everything that I am saying about her. This is so sad my heart just aches right now but just know that this is not the end. I will not be letting this story go.

I would like to thank Valerie, Nichole, and Kee (sorry if I misspelled any names) in Cardiac Rehab. My dad was on his next to last day of his scheduled appointments and had what appeared to be a potential lethal heartbeat. They recognized it immediately and sprang into action getting him down stairs to the ER. Once in the ER, everyone that participated in my dad’s care was awesome!! He didn’t have the lethal heartbeat. That particular heartbeat can be indistinguishable from good or bad without excellent clinicians. That’s what everyone was, professional, knowledgeable, and a level of compassion and communication to us that is above and beyond any medical care he has gotten over the last few years. We are back home after a night of observation. I can’t thank everyone enough. Shirley, Sam, and Steve are and were the utmost professionals. Listening to me run my mouth between questions, the level of care my dad received, was incredible and I will 100% recommend family and friends that need cardiac care, this is where you want to be!! Thanks everyone for taking care of my dad and making us feel more like family than a patient.
