Do not see Dr. Paula Sprow unless you want your kids to be given the wrong vaccine. Literally the worst doctor you could have. Imagine it being in your kids notes not to get a certain vaccine and then this dumb lady decides she’s going to give it to him anyway. Some people have no business in the medical field and Paula is the definition. She admitted to giving the wrong vaccine but wouldn’t admit to any wrongdoing because “we give a bunch of kids this vaccine.” Wouldn’t trust her to put on a bandaid at this point.

The entire team from the ER, to med-surg and general surgery was great. They took care of me for the 2-3 days I was there. The nurses for the first and second day/night were great. My nurse on the last day could’ve been a little better but I was getting discharged and not a priority to them. I had surgery and it went great, the surgeon and anesthesiologist came and explained everything in detail and asked about any questions I had. All the nurses, CNA’s and PCT’s during my stay were lovely and very polite. Overall the quality of care was great.

This review is for ProMedica labor and delivery when I first arrived to deliver my daughter everything was good 6-7-25 that night the nurse was amazing helped me through hours and hours of contractions they did another shift change where my original nurse reassured me the next nurse was just as awesome as her which she was until I decided to get the epidural and they did shift change the next shift of nurses was not even close to as good as the nurses I had before they weren’t going through anything they didn’t try pain management they did nothing for me 6-8-25 it was horrible everything was wonderful till then I fully caved begging for the epidural then around 10ish they came in and placed the epidural that went smooth I slept and puked off and on getting turned and moved in the meantime then around 1ish I pushed her out her delivery was great she was screaming perfect on my chest until I a first time mom asked “is that normal” they took her to wipe her off and whatever a male in grey scrubs came in with the bulb syringe to clear her nose then I heard a pop him say “uh-oh” then just screaming and screaming from her then they rushed her out of the room I was frantic but what could I do they told me she was fine and would be back in a few minutes while I was getting stitched up hours later the most unprofessional looking man I had seen came in (Dr.Lucas as I found out later) to tell me she had a pneumothorax this happened 15 minutes after she was born this tells me the nurse pumped air into her lungs when he shouldn’t have and when I called them out because the Toledo life flight was talking about it when they were preparing her to go the head nurse (when I later complained) tried acting like I was lying mind you this is the same head nurse or lead whatever that sent my daughters birth certificate in a day sooner than promised they had told us we had till Thursday evening to come finish up the birth certificate since my daughter had to be life flighted well the head nurse the one who took my complaint to begin with was the one who sent it in on Wednesday (mind you I pumped hours worth of milk so we could deal with this only to find we came all the way back home for no reason what so ever because they failed to do a single thing right) so to summarize my whole birth experience was absolute hell after my first two nurses left besides Dr.Podboy doing absolutely wonderful at delivering her it’s unfortunate for my next child I now have to find a whole new place to have them because ProMedica failed me

My mother had surgery here and stayed for 2 nights. The nursing staff was friendly and made sure she was as comfortable as possible. They deserve a raise for sure!

It has been a while since I’ve felt comfortable enough to talk to a doctor about my problems because I was active duty and I never got the help I actually needed. Well I went in today to my first appointment with a civilian physician. All I can say is wow. Bethany Graham is who I saw today and she just blew my mind with everything. She didn’t rush the appointment, she let me explain what I was going through, most importantly she listened and referred me to the places I needed to go to get what I needed to get done. 10/10 experience
