Echoing the review below. It’s a nightmare trying to get any information about cost and insurance coverage. Call multiple numbers to get the run around. Highly frustrating.

We took our child here for a study. We have insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and were informed that we'd be given a cost of the study after they ran our insurance through and got approved. The study was scheduled months in advance, but about a month before having still not heard of the cost I started making phone calls. I made a log of all the different phone numbers I tried in order to reach someone who could help. After several tries I finally reached someone who told me that they will run the insurance through after the first of the month (to make sure it's still active) and they would call me after that was done. That never happened, so I started making calls again, and I was told that my insurance had been run through and my cost was going to be $0..That certainly didn't seem believable, especially given we hadn't hit our deductible yet, so I waited and called back again later and was told the same thing again. At that point it was a few days before the study, and I started getting texts from them to complete online paperwork. I could tell the texts were from a person, not automated, so I told them I wasn't going to complete the information until I had a real understanding of how much it was going to cost. They ignored my response a couple times, but someone eventually called me to tell me that my cost was indeed going to be $0. I just received a bill for over $1,600. We called and were told that it was our fault for not checking in advance. It's not like we can provide details we don't know to insurance. I went out of my way to verify what they told me. They lied, and then told us it was our fault. Please learn from our hardship and do not trust them when they give you a quote. I doubt we're the first people this has happened to.

My daughter went through a sleep study last night. Lucy took very good care of her and made her feel so comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to say goodbye, so we want her to know she is one of the kindest person we’ve met and thank you so much for everything. For such an experience that seems like it would be scary, we had a great time.
