We love Dr Gupta casting and professional manner
I appreciate that Dr. Gupta is reasonable, rational and he is respectful. Although it seems, he only diagnose and treat chronic fatigue patients who are positive for sleep apnea which I do not have. I was not able to be helped further but he did explain that my main other conditions are all connected and to see providers at Emory. I appreciate that he’s able to listen, reason, and explain. Their office is super responsive. Nice front end and back end.
My husband and I became new patients on 10/21/24. The minute we walked into the doctor facility we felt the warmth. Doctor Tarsem L. Gupta, M.D. F.C.C. P. is phenomenal! We came in concerned about our health challenges but he made us feel like we were important and he was going to address our health challenges and he did just that. Doctor Gupta was thorough, patient, kind, he took time to answer all of our questions and concerns. His team/staff were super amazing too! They were pleasant, they worked efficiently and fast to make sure we were seen in a timely manner. Most of all we saw team work effort between them. Hats off to Jasmine, Heather, and Kristen! You're the best! We are officially onboard forever! Thank you Doctor Gupta for your great service and making us feel like humans. Thank you for having great people who work with you and for your practice! We left with a smile on our faces knowing that we are going to be okay. God Bless You Doctor Gupta and your team. The doctors care 🥰 I can feel it and so does his staff(I know cause I’m a caring person) they are all awesome I love going to this office. And very comfortable there. And I love them. 😍
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have used this Dr since Covid caused me to have Lung issues with no problems. I went in for a follow up today because I have been feeling pain in one of my lungs. He looked at me with venom in his eyes and said nothing was wrong with me!! He didn’t do any exam, ask any questions or anything!!! This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had!!! Especially, considering all of the trauma and pain Covid has cost my family and I!! I will never ever forget this experience as it hurt me to my core!!! Please reconsider your choice!!
