Horrible office staff and unprofessional receptionist. They canceled my appointment the day of despite me telling them that I can make it. I'm sure they will try to send me a $25 cancellation fee which I will strongly dispute as I have proof that I confirmed my appointment and even called on Saturday to talk to someone to confirm again since they didn't feel confident enough in my answer the first time
Dr. Kadrie was very patient and understanding of my needs. He explained everything he was doing in terms I understood. After the exam, he took time to explain the results of my situation. I wish all of my procedures went this well.
Dr. Kadrie is very professional with excellent bedside manner. He takes time to explain what he is doing, and asks multiple times if you have questions. I have now had two EMG’s done by Dr. Kadrie over a two year time frame, and he is consistent in his quality of care. He is well worth the wait!
I am impressed with Dr Kadrie's pleasant manner willingness to listen, with an honest curiosity about things I have tried to help my migraines. He is a Dr that is "there" not just in the room, but also in his mind when he is seeing you for an appointment. He also takes concerns, and pain, seriously. I literally cried in relief when I first saw him, and he reassured me the pain I try to stop with medications, is not my fault, it is the medical professionals fault for not helping m find an answer that works for me. He assured be he understands that I am doing the best I know how to do. He finally helped me to reduce medications drastically. I am thankful he is my Dr.
Dr. Kadrie may be great - I dont know. But his office staff is HORRIBLE and incompetent!! Tina is incredibly difficult to talk to - does not return calls, and does not follow up on requests from other doctors. It took over two months to process the referral to this doctors office where I had to follow up with 5 phone calls. She was rude - did not follow through on what she said she would - and ultimately after working for TWO months to get a time slot with Dr. Kadrie I was told he was booked out for 11 months with no openings. I asked why I hadn't been told at any time in the last two months during the attempt to get in - that even upon getting in there are not time slots this year. And I was told that I Never said I wanted to see Kadrie (which is just blatantly untrue!). The doctor may be great - but you have to deal with the office to see him. After such an awful experience I am going to find another Doctor - the doc might not be as good - but if the office staff will treat me like a human being it would be better than this one!
