Henry Ford Cottage Hospital is fabulous. Their emergency room and all the staff that work there were very nice. I believe it was the Surgical RN in the emergency room referred me to Dr Moquin, Plastic Surgeon. Dr Moquin and his staff were absolutely amazing, they helped me every step of the way with the healing of my finger.... Thank You Dr Moquin and Your Staff...
Why is this place still open? There isn’t even a vending machine or place to get a drink and snack. They expect you to walk two blocks to the nearest cafe while waiting for someone in surgery. Henry Ford should move all remaining doctors to St. John’s a few miles away and close what was once a small regional hospital. EDIT: I don’t want to talk to customer service. I don’t want to have to walk two blocks to get something to eat. You have people waiting hours for someone to get out of surgery and don’t even have vending machines so we can get a pop and some snacks. I’m diabetic so it affects me more than most people, but it’s still a blatant inconvenience. A hospital system as large as Henry Ford Health can afford a couple vending machines. This is why I use DMC but my wife likes you guys for some reason.
Love Dr Russell! She is super knowledgeable and takes plenty of time to go over everything and answer questions. I’m really thankful for her care. Pam, who brought me back for my appointment and took my vitals, is also wonderful, kind and caring! Would highly recommend this office.
Dr Houin kindly saw me again 10 days after my procedures and 6 day after removing my stitches. He was attentive and reassuring. My surgery looks fantastic! He explained the sensations I was feeling in my face. I feel sooo fortunate to have him as my plastic surgeon. His assistant Ashley is a treasure, too.
I've taken my mom here twice for total knee replacements and it's been a good experience both times. Dr North is very professional and all of the nurses and staff have excellent bedside manner and are kind and communicative with every step of the process. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. Thank you for providing low stress and high quality healthcare and taking great care of my mom ❤️
