I would give it no stars if I could. The tech at this facility was very nice and helpful. The problem is this facility. Maybe they should send an employee of Jefferson to inspect this facility. I would never send a patient to this facility. To say the least you have to see it to believe it. I would not sleep here nor should any patient. Poor facility, unacceptable sleeping conditions. Unacceptable bathroom situation for facility. I can’t say enough about the unacceptable conditions of this facility. Apparently I’m not the first patient who wouldn’t stay at this facility.
