Thanks for nothing Clay county ER!!! It took taking my husband to Russell Medical ER in Alexander City for him to get the proper care he needed that you guys just wouldn't or couldn't do!! My husband had to demand to be discharged from your care or should I say lack of care!! It's terrible when the Dr sends the nurses in to ask all the same questions that he's gonna ask an hour or more later when he comes in that he could have already known the answer to had the he been in the room to begin with!!! Wasting peoples time just so you can put money in your pockets! Shame!!!!

I took my daughter to this emergency room tonight for diabetes symptoms. Whichever doctor that was on duty for the night shift had no right to grab my child by the arms and drag her across the hospital bed without consulting with me first, she screamed and had hand prints on her arms when I looked. The whole entire time he was more worried about what I was doing with her as a mother instead of finding out what’s the problem on why I came in the first place.

Probably make sure that the administration office door is closed if you're going to speak so candidly about why you think I'm here. Because I don't bruise like a ripe peach, nothing happened to me? No ma'am and no sir. My daughter most DEFINITELY crash landed on my nose. And I have the video of all the bloodied tissue for an hour to prove it. You can think what you want, you're entitled to your opinion, but sometimes maybe don't let it fall out of your mouth within EARSHOT of the person who came here to make sure their nose isn't broken. It's less about the note for work, more about my ability to BREATHE RIGHT and the constant PAIN I've been in since it happened. The young lady that takes your information out front was nothing but kind and polite. It's the people behind the door back here in ER who seem to hold themselves with SUCH high regard as to look down upon and make judgements about someone like myself. It's unprofessional, it's uncouth, it's messy, but most of all it's JUST. PLAIN. RUDE.

I wouldn't take my dog to this hospital! They are rude and hateful and don't know their heads from a hole in the ground! And don't even get me started on the dr in the emergency room! No bedside manners at all! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this emergency room! They are absolutely ridiculous! The only reason I gave a 1 star I because it wouldn't let me give 0 stars! And don't try to contact administration to make a complaint. They won't do anything if you can even get them on the phone! They need to just shut the whole place down

Went to outpatient services. Our podiatrist comes to this facility once a month. We usually see him about every 10 weeks or so. His nurses are great and very knowledgeable. Of course we think Dr. Stewart is outstanding.
