horrible customer service, basically abuse clients. I went there with a bloody knee after a bike accident and everyone spoke to me as if it was my fault they had to help. Everyone is so nasty and unprofessional, they leave me bleeding for hours just to move me to another room to bleed out somewhere alone until someone just so happens to help. No help at all, they would actively watch you beg them for help with tears in your eyes and they’d walk away cause theyre breaks in 5 minutes. Real sick and disgusting people work here.

My experience was 5 star everyone was on point and warm and pleasant and truly caring and went above and beyond. I was truly surprised in a wonderful way. I can’t say enough to convey how wonderful this Hospital is , it’s the STAFF that made the experience a wow ! The hospital has been there for 150 years and could use some updates but the old adage you Can’t judge a book by its cover is true . Thank you to all the staff that made my in and out surgery easy and less painful. Thank you I’m very grateful ❤️❤️❤️

Horrible place. They tell you nothing, treat patients with no respect or compassion. Left my husband in urine filled bed for over 3 hours, the next shift found him upset and soaked. When I complain about his treatment, nurse told me I could come pick him up and take him home. He had a stroke and they are doing NOTHING to help him. One nurse told him if he wanted something, he could do it himself. He has no left side mobility. I am presently filing a complaint with the Department of Health and trying to get him moved, but they refuse to release him to be moved to a rehab facility.

On Saturday night I took a relative who was in pain. The level of antiprofessionalism that exists in that place, the lack of humanity, and the little consideration there is for the patients is inhumane. The health department should be aware of this, people with such a low level of education and lack of professionalism should not be dealing with patients, which is something so delicate because patients arrive there with health problems, feeling bad, and on top of that having to endure mistreatment and little empathy from the staff. I hope I never have to visit that place again, but if I do, and experience this type of situation again, I will take the complaint to the last consequences because it seems that people sometimes forget that we live in a country of laws and we deserve respect and empathy, and anyone who does not know how to work with the public cannot be in that position.

I brought my wife to the hospital in an emergency. She needed medical attention, but the security staff forced us out. There was no compassion or human decency. As her family member, I should have been allowed to stay with her, but I was forcibly removed. This experience deeply affected us. I can never trust this hospital again.
