I called these people to check on how the insurance was going or if they’ve been any news back and the next thing I know I got a letter from these jerks telling me that they canceled my doctor orders. Please avoid these people they’re taking peoples lives into their own hands. My oxygen levels dive at night and there are times. I wake up having an asthma attack because of this, and these people basically told me to drop dead.
How are you supposed to help people or get new customers when you don't even answer the phone. The only way I got "help" was to walk in there on my own time. Even after that, I was told I would be called in a day. IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS. Edit: They answered, and another lady actually helped me with my problems. Edit: I got both my sleep studies done, and it was quite pleasant. Felt like a hotel. When you get the ball rolling it's actually a great place.

I will never go there again. Bed and pillow were lumpy and all wrinkled, like other people had slept in it . Grossed me out. First time there years ago had a nice comfortable room for one night. Last time it was horrible and the next morning. I am told I have to go back one more time, room not any better. When I walked out early morning it was very dark. I walked out, they locked door behind me and went in. The parking lot has no lights and is not very safe for a woman alone. Will never go back or recommend.
They bill you unethically. I am through with them. Out of the blue they said I owed $165.00 and only after I invoked a 3rd party to assist me they dropped that charge. I could go on but...Anyway, they didn’t bill all the charges to my health insurance but I didn’t pursue it bc they dropped the amount to 0. I do not trust them. Only reasons I post a review is because I resent what they did and want others to know about their practices.
