Every was super nice and very courteous. I was told to let them know if I needed a break. I didn’t but kind of them to ask. They really put the patient first!
My husband and I tried calling the clinic multiple times, and it has been more than 24 hours without a response. My husband was experiencing rashes from the prescribed medication, which made the situation concerning. Although a medical assistant called once and said they would ask the doctor and get back to us within the day, no one ever followed up. There was a clear lack of urgency and concern for patient care. This was extremely frustrating, especially when you trust a clinic to prioritize the well-being of its patients.
Appointment was fast! Had all info, right to the point, ordered testing and scheduled follow up etc! Staff was great. Recommended! 😁 I drive in from Pahrump as well.
The office staff is great. But Dr. Zhang is arrogant, uninterested & didn't listen to me. He asked me a question & then he actually interrupted me while I was answering him. Apparently my answer was not important enough for him to listen. He even spent all of 5 minutes if that with me. I get more attention & courtesy out of the PA or nurse practitioner. I don't recommend him.
The reception / front desk was not very friendly, I heard the Hispanic girl gossiping about her co-worker that upfront with her. When she seen me looking at her (because I was about come to the desk and ask how long) she said something about to the (look like nurse) so she started whispering. I love the Dr. Yu very thorough I'm very satisfied with my interaction with her, excellent Dr. Yu very knowledgeable.
