This organization has gone desperate to overcharge especially for a wellness exam (which is paid 100 percent as preventative care through insurance) but if they refill any medication, even when NOT at your request, they charge as a follow-up thus corrupting the visit pd by insurance. Not Honest and the good doctors have left and or are currently in process of leaving.
Went in for a routine physical and was charged for a regular visit just because I asked to refill my medication. Customer service was horrible and unwilling to help or fix the issue with the coding error. Would not recommend this facility.
I came in today 11 weeks pregnant with heavy bleeding and cramping. They tried to take my blood and had to poke me 3 times to finally get it. All the staff was very short tempered and rude. I was not feeling comfortable by one person there. I expressed some concerns and they told me this is the way they are doing it and theres no other option. They wouldn't tell me through the ultrasound if there was a heartbeat or not. They made me wait and then told me I miscarried. This is my 2nd time here and both times were completely awful experiences. I recommend going anywhere but here
ProHealth has significantly declined in their ability to provide quality care to their patients. Dr. Little is the worst doctor you could have hired to replace Dr. Allen!
So I would like to say that I am most disappointed with this prohealth for the last 3 years, I been sick a few times and usually only go to the doctor unless I like I am dying. The last few times I know I have an infection whether it be sinus or ear or respiratory they will not fill antibiotics. But all the people I been around that had same issues get antibiotics and feel good ASAP, and here I am 2 weeks later with a second visit and round of Freaking bills to get a prescription. I AM NO LONGER GOING TO THIS PLACE . I am looking for a new doctor and away from PRO HEATH FOR GOOD. They do this on purpose to double bill your insurance to make money. I would get a refund for being miss diagnosed and miss treated. I can’t afford to keep missing work and keep racking up DR bills for the fun of it .!!!!!!!! if you need a DR don’t go here for urgent care !!
