My husband waited 3 months for an appointment. He was never mailed a packet. He got to his appointment at 6 min late and let them know. They said because he didn’t have the packet the receptionist turned him away and was incredibly rude. I called to see what was happening and the receptionist yelled at me, interrupted me and then hung up on me. Avoid this place at all cost. Update: they LIED in their response. They NEVER told us about paperwork beforehand. My husband was only 5 min late. When I called they hung up on me and told me they didn’t care. The office manager confirmed that the receptionist hung up on me and said it was wrong but did nothing about it. When called back and was harassed by the staff when asking to wait to talk to the office manager instead of being put through to voicemail. Their office manager said their doctor would call us back. We haven’t had a call back. If you want to be treated like you don’t matter after 3 months of waiting, have horrible communication, be hung up on and laughed at and degraded then go here. We were not once offered another appointment besides September 13th. They are flat out lying.
Excellent services from the staff. The detail explanations from Dr. Leung guided me through the treatment. CPAP treatment changes my life.
I wish I could give no stars absolutely unprofessional receptionist and staff, Waited a month to see doctor just for him to request a sleep study and had to constantly call and be ontop of staff to receive a phone call just to take the sleep study and had to constantly stay on them and follow up with them to receive the machine to participate in the at home sleep study.. after I took it they called me aggressively to return sleep study the next day (go figure).. for them to wait two unnecessary weeks to not return my phone calls to give me positive results and when I contact them to see if my insurance has gone through for my cpap and follow up where and when I will be receiving my machine the receptionist gets unruley and upset and hangs up on me… when I translated this information to the manager she told me that they would go figure would call me once my insurance came back with a response and the next following day I contacted my insurance and they relayed to me that THEY WASN’T EVER CONTACTED ABOUT THE CPAP … truly unprofessional place go elsewhere if you can.
Worst experience ever with a Dr office. Nearly a month after my visit and I finally get the correct results from my sleep study. Weeks had gone by and I finally was able to get a hold of someone who was able to have someone call and leave me a message about my sleep stud . Unfortunately she left me the wrong number to call after she told me I needed another sleep study to get fitted for a CPAP mask. Finally track down the correct number to the sleep center to find out they were told I did not need a mask. Then I have to wait for yet another call to get this straightened out. Turns out the person who read me my results did not see the word "not". Apparently reading is NOT an actual requirement for them. I have wasted over a month to find out I am back at square one again. But they offered to move my November appointment up so I could see the Dr sooner..For what? Why would I or anyone for that matter ever go here. They were absolutely no help. I would give negative stars if it were an option. I have never had such a horrible experience with a Dr's office as I have had here. Go anywhere else. Nobody else could possibly be this bad.
