On October 19, 2024, I had a severe injury; was taken to the ER via ambulance. The ER staff provided unprofessional service, and the doctor conveyed an inaccurate diagnosis, even after having x-rays which shows the extent of my injuries. 1) ER staff refused to acknowledge my appeal that I have health insurance. While waiting to be seen by the doctor, advised the receptionist/nurse that I have insurance. After the second appeal, I was told, "don't worry about that, we don't care about that". Confused and in severe pain, I didn't press it any further. 2) Dr. Jaisingh Rajput did not convey accurate information about my injury. His first contact with me, without a hands-on evaluation of my swollen legs and feet, "I am going to release you, but we will take x-rays". After the x-rays, Dr. Rajput stated, "nothing is broken". You are being released. Still in severe pain in both legs and feet, I asked for crutches and had to pay on the spot for them. Subsequent evaluations by two independent medical professionals/doctors revealed, I have two fractures: one on my right fibula, the other on my foot. Ironically, the x-rays taken at the ER and provided to me on a disc, did not include an x-ray of my feet, according to the orthopedic specialist in Montgomery. In summary: the ER check-in process is very poor. Patience identity and insurance information should be paramount as part of the check-in process. Absolutely no interest in my insurance. Implies the ER and hospital have more to gain if I didn't have insurance. Most concerning is Dr. Rajputh statement of my injury was inaccurate. According to two medical professionals/doctors, my right fibula and foot are fractured. The least Dr. Rajputh could have done was accurately convey the facts of my injury and provided a boot.

I don’t understand why you wouldn’t do your job as a doctor and run tests on an ER patient especially when they have insurance… no tests except urine, no blood testing and high blood pressure but nothing to bring it back to stable range! Just nausea meds and sent home! You don’t deserve the license or oath given to you! I hope nobody ever treats your family in this manner when they go in for medical assistance! Just laziness!!

All of the staff have been caring and very attentive. I've never had a better stay in a hospital. The food leaves a but to be desired but I feel like I'll be great. It started in the er and now I've been in for 3 days. I'm getting great care. I couldn't ask for a better experience

Although we had a 3 hour visit, the staff was phenomenal!!!! We had the sweetest nurses that actually took the time to talk to my children to keep from being scared and to help them feel better about our visit. My boys we’re running high fever and hurting all over, the staff immediately tested them. Our nurse was very gentle with my children during the nose and throat swabs that my 4 and 7 yr old didn’t even cry or flinch. They ended up having the flu and one of our nurses even brought them suckers. All during this time they were serving 6 other patients for way more serious conditions. It meant so much to me that even though they were working under a lot of stress they still treated my children like their pediatrician would have.
